Getting to Know Salesforce Account Manager Lily Bove
Our Client Relations Account Manager started at Cloud113 back in 2022. Since then she has helped bring in new logos and network with Salesforce Account Executives.
1. How long have you been in the Salesforce ecosystem?
About a year and a half.
2. How did you end up in Salesforce ecosystem?
I was working for a ski resort in Colorado. After a few years of working on the mountain, I was interested in getting into sales. I worked as an outreach coordinator for a small outbound Sales company and through that, was introduced to Cloud113.
3. Do you have a favorite Salesforce product, or, one that you like working with the best?
As someone in a client relations and sales, I really appreciate everything Sales Cloud has to offer. In addition to tracking my metrics and goals, it helps me to stay organized with follow-ups and important tasks. I also love Sales Engagement and utilize it every day. It’s been great learning more about Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud as well.
4. Do you have any pets?
Yes! My family has two dogs – a labradoodle named Charlemagne, and an Old English sheepdog named Patty.
5. Where is your favorite place to visit?
Over the last 5 years, I’ve spent a lot of time in the Rocky Mountains. I love taking trips to new parts of Colorado. I also got to visit a friend in Hawaii in 2022 which was incredible.
6. Is there somewhere you’ve never been to but want to visit?
I’d love to do a ski trip to Japan. They get pounded with snow and have many incredible ski resorts.
7. If you could only eat 3 things for the rest of your life, what would they be?
Watermelon, sushi and a good grilled chicken sandwich with green chiles.
8. Do you have any hobbies?
Skiing, hiking and seeing live music.
9. Have you ever attended any Salesforce events?
Yes! I’ve been to two World Tours in NYC and have also been the Salesforce Towers in Chicago, NYC, and Denver.
10. What is your favorite type of music?
I like a bit of everything but primarily rock and country.
11. Do you cheer for any sports teams?
The Philadelphia Eagles! Although the end of this season was rough.
12. before working in the Salesforce ecosystem, what was the most interesting job you had?
I worked filling prescriptions in a small pharmacy, I also worked on the Alpine slide in Breckenridge which was hilarious.
